The Self Improvement and NLP BLog - Listening to your heart
Hi good day friends
I have been talking about listening. The power of listening is manifested in many ways. The focus listening is further enhanced by our ability to listen to our hearts.
What is listening to our hearts? Often times, ignore warning from the heart to our own peril.
Bylistening to our heart, we can improve our blood circulation and improve our well being. Our lives will be able to be enriched tremendously.
So I now want to share with you two things which is concerning about listening to the heart for better NLP and better improved status of your well being in life.
The first listening is the physical listening to our hearts. Many city dwellers like you and I do not exercise and do not eat properly. We do not listen to our heart. Our heart may be burdened with excess fats, excess weight of emotional problems etc.. yet we ignore the heartbeating of pain and anxiety. We live terribly and do not have the NLP in sync . We did not listen and what happens? Many people as young as 20 years old are caught with heart attacks in the middle of their work or school . The problem is that they did not listen to their heart. The warning signs are clearly shown by our daily lives. Tiredness, fatigue, lack of motivation, financial and work-related problems are all compounded and loaded onto the poor little heart. The result of failure to listen--- poor living , meaningless encounters and no empowerment nor any kind of improved state of being..
So we must learn to listen to our hearts. To do this physically, exercise briefly three times a week of half-hour duration. Overexercising can also be bad for the poor heart. A brisk walk, a leisurely swimmng routine, a cycling trip to the next town are all good and not so strenous exercises we can indulge in regularly. In this way our hearts are able to pump up healthy and enhanced confidence as well as giving us that state of self improvement and enhancement.
The other listening to our hearts is the ability to discern NLP so that we can tune in with out body and our soul. The heart is a vital organ for a great life. To ensure it is properly taken care of, we must take care to eat properly, to exercise regularly and to take things not too seriously so that we improved our state of being, we improved our living condition and we improved our life span.
To live a greatly improved and enriched life, we must listen to our hearts regularly. In my next blog, I will share with you the right food that will help us to have a good and healthy heart. The heart is the centre of our universe. We must protect it to live a greatly improved and empowered life!
Hear it, breathe it and listen to it..My heart will go on and on.....
