greetings once again. Today is a cold day with rain since morning.
Well, with my cute little teddy bear and a cup of hot coffee next to my writing table, I got the inspiration to share with you the power of mindfulness in listening.
There are many people who wander through life without any purpose, no improved standard of living, no improved relationship and no real joy in life because they do not practise mindfulness of listening. This is an art of listening to your body. Often times we merely go through the motion of daily survival without mindfulness of thoughts or actions. So there is no self improvement even when a person is over 70 years old. To truly live a meaningful and enhanced NLP life, we need to really listen to our body one step at a time. I do not mean you slow down your steps so much that you shuffle your feet and takes years to reach the next point in life.
What I mean is listening to your body motion and your heart beat in the things you do and you become aware of the power of mindfulness and listening. When you listen, there is a lot of power to push you to enhance, to enrich and really to move out of the rut into the next level of being.
I have seen many people who have potential for future success but their attitude and their poor listening skills have caused them to live in mundane doldrums and remained stagnant in their career and their lives. They are very unhappy and unsuccessful . They do not have self confidence. They lack self improvement and they lack the skills of truly enjoying the wonderful world around them.
My suggestion is that if we listen with mindfulness in our action, we will be able to become empowered and improved in every way of our life. To learn to improve, we need to attend other people's workshop, learn from mentors and people who are better than you; people who have skills you do not have so that you can hone your skills to the next level.
Life is about discovery and exploration to become better than yesterday, to be improved over last action and to be enriched over last status of wealth and being.. Keep learning and listening with mindfulness. Do not skim through your task. Do not try short cut to get away.
Step by step when you listen, you can hear the heartbeat of success. I was there years ago. Today I listen with mindfulness and to my body and have found the enriched self and become a better being. Ask my friends , they can vouch for me.
