Howdy folks

I want to continue discussion about listening to your heart. To improve blood circulation, you need to really listen to your heart - both physically and psychologically. This is because the heart is the centre of our body and soul. The body is the house for our blood flow and help the heart to pump life into every part to keep us alive.

To increase the blood flow and allow the heart to beat well, we need to engage the heart by listening to it. Firstly we have to ensure our diet is reasonable on our heart. When we take in food that is not nutritous or hazardous to our health, our heart will suffer. So by listening to our heart, we should eat well and improve our dietary nutrition and enhance our daily intake of water and vitamins.

The next self improvement we can do is to listen to our heart emotionally . Sometimes when people give us toxic remarks or bad suggestion, we tend to keep them in our heart and this adds to the burden of our heart. We may think we are not bothered by suggestions or remarks, but we may let these remarks affect us and thus our hearts become painful and functioning badly. To improve our heartbeat and enhance our self confidence, we should let bad things go and just think of positive side of life. This will lighten the burden on our poor heart. Expressions like heartache, heartburn and heartless are some of the painful ways to describe disturbance of not listening to our hearts.

So, listening is very very important to us . Another listening of our heart is by listening to our own ambition and our dreams. Some of us give up our dreams because we do not listen to our hearts and instead listen to people who try to dissuade us from achieving our goals. We could have a better improved life if we realign our goals in life properly and confidently.

Listening is not easy. It needs practice and self control so that we are able to be mindful of our NLP ability. With properly tuning to our heartbeat, we can learn to better our improvement on our lives and live effectively.

Go and listen to your heart. Your career may take off like an eagle because you listen!
