Hi a good day to you. My last blog was on the changing the way you think and you change your life. Today it is about building new beliefs in yourself. I was once a very scared and timid person. I was also afraid of dogs in the neighbourhood.
One day I decided that I should change my beliefs by building new thoughts and new way of doing things. Often times, we are bogged down with uncertainty and self doubt. Actually we are made more than mere mundane workers. We are supposed to aim for the stars and reach out for the best we can.
However in reality we are faced with lots of anti-neuro-linguistic programmes because our parents, family members and friends are often telling us from young, what to believe , what to do and how to behave. Most of our actions were simply not good enough for them.
So today let us learn to remove all doubts and limitations about ourselves and use the NLP way of creating what is possible and what is the “real me” inside you.
Start first with a problem you believe you have now. It does not really matter the size of the problem or the difficulty of the problem. Use your NLP – belief changing technique called the Belief Swish Patten and think of a resource which you have to solve the problem. Most of us do not really spend time thinking about our strengths, our resources and opportunities. We merely try to wrangle ourselves out of problems as they come. So now you have to imagine your resources and banish the limitation thoughts inside your head.
Visualise your immense power and ability to “get over your problem’ and then you can sense a real change inside you. Repeat this positive thoughts a number of times so that you internalise your power of getting rid of limiting thoughts.
Always visualise the positive and the NLP will work for you .
This positive thoughts help you to improve yourself and enhance your relationship with others as well.
Be a change agent. Move out of the world of limitations and uncertainty.
Good luck!! :)

Cheers and think of a great happy picture in your head now...
